CHARACTER MANAGEMENT

The Concept and Principle of Total Quality Management  always  a policy to guide  mankind to strive to their success and excellence, no matter how hard it is  just put on Things will change with only change being exceptional.

OUR DEEPEST FEAR .

Our deepest fear is not that we r  inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we r powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that frightens us.
Your playing small does serve the world.

There is nothing enlightened about   shrinking ,
so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We  were all meant to shine as children do.
It's not just in some of  us,  it's in everyone of us.

And as we let our own light shine,
we unconciously give  other permision to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear ,
 our pleasure automatically liberates others.

SOCIAL CAMPUS

ORACLE;  How do you  respond to your praying five times a day.
IBRAHIM; He refers  to the Koran by saying its better the person
who does not pray at all than those who play with prayers and hence.........

ORACLE; Pertaining to social life at the University(Campus) are the Muslims comfortably interacting freely
                 with christian' brethren and sisthrens.
LULU;      She says its a head and tail question,. She says YES, arguing that Christians respect
muslims with their Islamic doctrines and theories. But  she also says NO , arguing that
when  she sees xtians intermingle  freely between the opposite sex by hugging, kissing and fellow
xtian sisters  being comfy in skimpy/sexy  dresses, she said thats tempting.

ORACLE; Christians dance freely in church in praising and worshipping  God
but muslims never , if hardly do the same. Why?
The Koran  warns of going near fornication and adultery, its bcoz of reasons that they
avoid dances and mixing  in mosques ; Dancing  in mosques may lead to body contact
with fellow men  hence temptaion which is discouraged

LOVE KENYAN WAY

It has been given to me to understand, how small this world is ,
and how it torments itself with countless thoughts it needs not to
torments itself with.
If only people  could find within themselves a little more courage,
a little more hope,
a little more responsibility,
a little more mutual understanding and love,
then Kenyan problems lies on the click of a button away

Whether our world is to be saved from
every thing that threatens it today, depends above all on whether
human beings come to their senses,
whether they uderstand the degree of their responsibility
and discover a new relationship to the very miracle of being.

The world is in the hands of us all.
Lets take the example of Kenyans 4 Kenya initiative to save our world from its torments.

ACTORS STRUGGLE.

We are living in an extra-ordinary times.
The human face of the world is changing  so rapidly
than none of the  familiar  political indicators are  adequate.
We actors  and playwrights who have to cram a whole life time
or an entire historical era into a two hour play;
can scarcely understand this rapidity ourselves.
And if it gives us trouble,  think of the trouble it must give to political scientist
who have to spend their whole lives, studying the realm of the  probable,
and have even less experience with the realm of the improbable
than we actors and playwrights do.

RETROGRESSIVE MATHS.

Window shopping is fun , fun that we forget that we dont have money,
But the othr day  i went to the market was different,
I saw a good book worth Kshs.97.00 . Worse thing was that i did not  have any money with me.
So i borrowed Kshs 50.00 from my mother and another Kshs 50.00 from my father.
Therefore i had Kshs 100.00 with me , bought the  book at Kshs 97.00  left with Kshs 3.00
I returned Kshs 1.00 to mum and Kshs 1.00 to dad and left with Kshs 1.00.
Now i owe my mum and dad  Kshs 49.00 each.

Hence 49 +49= 98
Plus Kshs 1.00 with me.
98 + 1 = 99.
So where is the remaining Kshs 1.00

GONE ARE THE DAYS.

Gone are the days when people queued  for the Nyayo milk,
they are when Kenyan school going waited eagerly with mugs to milk
Gone are the days when Kenya waited for donors to provide to the hunger stricken areas.
they are gone when we as Kenya has to provide to Kenyans.
Gone are the when MPs  paid money to be voted in, as leaders
they  are gone, and now KENYANS  asked for their credibillity before voting them in.
Gone are the days when leaders would win unfairly well by anomalously being rigged in
AND now we are keen and  watching never to be victims again of the gone days .
